  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

  • Verify your check-in status before arriving at the airport

4. Service Limitations

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • wohoo.ai is dependent on airline systems and third-party services
  • We cannot guarantee successful check-in for every flight
  • Airline policies, technical issues, or other factors may prevent automatic check-in
  • You remain responsible for ensuring you are checked in before your flight
  • Some airlines or fare types may not be supported
  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"

5. Fees and Payment

Pricing for the Service will be clearly displayed before purchase. By subscribing or purchasing check-ins, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Provide valid payment information
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
  • Be responsible for any taxes associated with your use of the Service

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
